WeBuild Volunteers

WEBUILD INITIATIVE

WHAT IS THE WEBUILD INITIATIVE: WeBuild is an initiative led by Construction Careers Foundation, connecting industry leaders with students through events, mentorship, and career exploration opportunities. Students attend a one-day WeBuild event designed to introduce high school students to careers in construction through engaging, hands-on activities and direct interaction with industry professionals. Following the one-day WeBuild event, students participate in a three-part Connection Series designed to deepen their understanding of career pathways and strengthen professional connections with industry mentors. About 40 students participate at each event from area high schools.
